I stayed here recently and was genuinely impressed by how clean everything felt. The room looked fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and there were no weird smells or dusty corners, which I always notice right away. Even the shared areas seemed well looked after. You can usually tell quickly when a place is just doing the bare minimum, but this one felt properly cared for. It made the whole stay feel much more comfortable. I’d happily give it 5 stars for cleanliness.

Used thelowry.com to see what was on and book a couple of tickets. The site was clear and didn’t take forever to load, which is always a relief tbh. I found what I needed without having to click around loads, and checkout was simple too. All went smoothly, no faff or anything

Customer service took what felt like forever to get back to me, maybe a few days or so. It was disappointing.

Went to The Lowry last week the show itself was decent, but those seats drove me mad. I’m not even particularly tall and my knees were jammed up the whole time. By the interval I was already shifting around, getting annoyed, and my back was starting to ache. I just wanted it to be over by that point, which is a shame because the venue is nice enough. I’d definitely hesitate before booking again if the seating is always like that.

The food was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. I did notice the service seemed to follow a bit of a slow pattern, though, took a while to get seated, then another wait for the food. Not a bad experience, just felt like the timing was consistently a little off

It had such a lovely atmosphere, busy, but still relaxed, and it just felt really nice being there for the whole evening.

Went to The Lowry and, the parking was no bother at all. It was close by, easy to find, and just made the whole visit feel that bit smoother...

Overall it was fine, but I found the lift signs a bit confusing at first. If you already know the building it probably isn’t a big deal, but as someone trying to figure it out in the moment, it took me a little longer than expected.

I booked tickets through thelowry.com and had a decent experience. The prices seemed Fair compared with a few other sites I checked, and the whole booking process was simple enough without any real hassle.

The fees weren’t too painful either, which was a nice surprise. Our seats were Decent for what we paid, not the best in the house or anything, but totally fine and we still enjoyed the show.
I’d say it felt like we got our money’s worth overall. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because clearer seat info or a few Better deals would make it even better, but yeah, I’d use it again.

Went to The Lowry last week the staff were sound. We didn’t really know where we were going at first, but one of the team pointed us in the right direction and didn’t make us feel rushed or anything. Everyone we chatted to was friendly and really patient. Made the whole visit way less stressful, especially since my mum needed a bit of extra help getting around.

Went to The Lowry last weekend and honestly... the location was perfect!! We jumped on the tram to MediaCity, and from there it was just a quick little walk, no stress, no faffing about!!! The area’s really nice too, with plenty of spots nearby if you want to grab food before or after. Getting home was just as easy as getting there, which makes such a difference!!!

I had tickets booked already, but the queue was such a mess. No one seemed to know where people were supposed to go, and the staff looked just as confused as everyone else. It ended up taking way longer than it should have, and I was standing there thinking, how is this okay when people already have tickets?

I took the kids and overall it was okay. There were some good family-friendly shows, which they enjoyed, but I was a little disappointed with how hard it was to figure things out beforehand. The website felt messy when trying to find show times, age guidance, and details about facilities. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been much clearer and easier for families.

Went to a show at The Lowry and had a really good time!! The sound was clear for most of it, and the vocals came through nicely without being too loud. It was a tiny bit echoey from where we were sitting, but not enough to spoil the experience. I’d definitely go again!

The cast was the best part and kept me watching even when the story started to wobble. Everyone did a solid job, and there were a few scenes that really worked. But the ending just didn’t land for me. It felt rushed, like the movie was basically saying, “yeah, we know this could’ve wrapped up better, but this is what we’ve got.” Overall, good performances, but the payoff was underwhelming

I usually end up complaining about toilets at places like this because they’re hard to find, there’s always a queue, or they’re just not clean. But this time, no complaints there — well, I’d normally complain, but I really couldn’t. The toilets were clean, easy to find, and there wasn’t even a queue, which is rare. I kept expecting something to be annoying, because there’s usually always something annoying, but nope, it was actually fine.

It didn’t work for me right away, but after maybe one or two retries, it ended up working fine. A little annoying at first, but overall it did what I needed.

Overall, it’s a nice place and I did enjoy the vibe, but the bar service was slow when we went. We ended up waiting ages for drinks, and I’ll admit I started wondering if we’d been forgotten or if it was one of those places that looks more on it than it actually is. The staff were fine once we finally got served, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating. I’d probably go back, but I’d hope the drinks come quicker next time.
